Glass Tubes



Depending on the type of ends treatment, the tube is manufactured in the following executions:


 

Depending from the type of the ends execution glass tube is produced in the following executions:

«00» - without treatment of the tube ends;;
«01» - with melted ends with preliminary fire cutting;;
«02» - with one end soldered and the other untreated;;
«03» - with one end soldered and the other melted one;
«04» - with soldered ends and fire piercing;.
«05» - with one end soldered and the other one melted with a previous fire cutting;.
06» - with one fused end and the other one melted with preliminary fire cutting..

 

The tube of execution "01", "04", "05" is packed in heat-shrinkable film and delivered in transport packages.

 
 
An example of recording the marking of the tubes when ordering::

A tube with one end soldered and the other one melted, external diameter 10.75 mm with a deviation limit of 0.15 mm, wall thickness 0.5 mm with a limit of deviation 0,05 mm, made of USP-1 glass brand:

 

"Glass tube 10,75 ± 0,15 õ 0,5 ± 0,05 USP-1 TU  U 00480945-004-96" .
